Matt Stieger is Co-Minister at Crossroads. Matt grew up in Buffalo, NY where he lived until he moved to Joplin, MO to attend Ozark Christian College in 2003. Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Literature, as well as, a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry. While attending Ozark, Matt served West Side Christian Church as Youth Ministerin Joplin MO He also preached at Eastside Christian Church in Kansas City MO on an interim basis. Matt said the best part of college, however, was meeting and marrying Emily Hatfield. Matt and Emily were married in July of 2007. Matt and Emily have one daughter, Reagan Elizabeth. Tim Worstell is Co-Minister at Crossroads. Tim was the youth minister at Crossroads from 1978-1985. Tim and Kylene came to Crossroads in November 2007 from Show-Me Christian Children's Home where they were houseparents to a house full of teen age girls. They have two boys, Kyle in the Navy living in California and Nathan attending Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly, MO.

Christie Anderson is the Secretary of Crossroads. Christie and her family moved to Macon
last summer when her husband, Matthew, was hired at Macon Atlanta State Bank as a Credit Analyst. They are
originally from Central California and moved to the Midwest looking for a more
rural lifestyle to raise their two children, Emily (8) and Andrew (5). They
also have a small flock of about 30 registered Shropshire sheep which they
show. Christie has been a
stay at home mom with Emily and Andrew, who attend Tri–County Christian
School. She enjoys reading,writing, gardening and spending time with her family. Christie says she feels blessed to be
part of such a welcoming and active congregation.
